This website provides links to external intake and scheduling services and contact links for telephone and email. It does not currently accept a general contact or speaking-inquiry form directly on the website.

Health information

Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive health information through general email. Use Ocean Friends for the new-patient information requested by BSPS, or ask the practice which approved method to use.

External intake and scheduling services

The new-patient intake link opens Ocean Friends, and the consulting appointment link opens Zoom Scheduler. Information submitted on those services is handled according to the privacy notices and terms shown by the applicable provider. Review the destination before submitting personal information.
