When you're worried about speech, feeding, literacy, voice, or oral function, you need answers — not more uncertainty. Our evaluations clarify what's happening, what may be contributing, and what next steps make clinical sense.
For: All ages — infants through adults
An evaluation may result in clinical impressions and recommendations explained in plain language. The format and timing of documentation depend on the evaluation and practice workflow.
The process may include an interview about concerns, history, and goals, followed by appropriate assessment tools and clinical observation. The clinician explains the process for the patient's age and needs.
Some concerns overlap and may be considered together when clinically appropriate. Insurance coverage varies by plan, diagnosis, authorization, and payer rules; benefit information is not a guarantee of payment.

- Speech-language: articulation, language, fluency, voice
- Feeding: picky eating, textures, chewing, infant feeding
- Orofacial myofunctional: tongue thrust, mouth breathing, oral habits

What to expect
1. Before your visit
Complete intake paperwork online, gather any reports from doctors or schools, and write down your questions.
2. The evaluation
The clinician selects interview questions, observations, and assessment tools appropriate to the patient's age and concerns.
3. Clinical review
The clinician reviews the available information before explaining findings and recommendations.
4. Your next steps
Recommendations may include therapy, monitoring, home strategies, or coordination with another provider, depending on individual needs.
